Job summary

TEKsystems in Menasha, WI seeks an experienced IT Field Technician to provide hands-on desktop support, infrastructure, and site deployments across a nationwide portfolio. You will be the primary IT resource for assigned locations, handling hardware deployments, network installations, and end-user support while working in a hybrid office/field role.

Strong troubleshooting across Windows, networking, audiovisual systems, and collaboration platforms is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support across desktop, infrastructure, and field environments.
• Experience as sole or primary IT resource for a location with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, networking, and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite IT support resource for offices, facilities, and remote locations.
• Deploy, image, and maintain end-user hardware and software per standards.
• Install and troubleshoot networking infrastructure and AV systems; manage assets and inventory.
• Travel extensively to support a nationwide portfolio of locations and initiatives.
