• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide remote and on-site support and document issues clearly.
• Assist with video conferencing hardware and software.
• Manage equipment inventory and assist with front desk support.
