Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous MSP experience
• Minimum of 10 years of IT support and system administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and virtualization technologies
• Experience with network protocols and security practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience is a plus
• Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSA) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support for servers, cloud applications, Microsoft 365, migrations, networks, and applications.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical problems.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet SLAs.
• Manage and monitor client IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed to protect client data.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and review service performance with clients.
• Document IT assets, configurations, and activities; present system and project reports.
