Job summary

Thrill Labs is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to own internal IT operations for a globally distributed team. You will manage systems, devices, access, and tooling to keep work secure and efficient, collaborating with DevOps and infrastructure while handling day-to-day corporate IT tasks.

You will administer Google Workspace, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and hardware security keys, deploy and maintain MDM across macOS and Windows, and automate recurring IT tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, systems administration, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role.
• Ability to independently own corporate IT operations and troubleshoot unfamiliar issues.
• Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows in distributed/remote-first settings.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating an MDM solution with policy rollout and recovery.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and hardware security keys.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection, threat response, and security incident escalation.
• Experience managing SaaS access throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Solid networking fundamentals including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Basic Python scripting and API experience for automation.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficient English communication to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee IT lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across company systems.
• Provision access, revoke sessions, and ensure data ownership transfers on role changes.
• Administer Google Workspace, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and hardware security keys; enforce YubiKey usage.
• Deploy and maintain macOS and Windows MDM, including policies and OS updates.
• Research, pilot, and maintain endpoint security with DevOps/security guidance.
• Provide reliable remote IT support across multiple locations/time zones.
• Maintain internal docs, troubleshooting guides, and repeatable IT processes.
• Automate recurring IT tasks using scripts and APIs; integrate tools as needed.
• Manage SaaS licenses, perform access reviews, and coordinate renewals.
• Control workplace tool settings, external sharing, and data recovery procedures.
• Offer basic remote networking support (routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs) and ISP coordination.
