Job summary

We seek an experienced IT professional to own and strengthen Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, drive security controls, and support audits across SaaS and AI platforms while managing onboarding, helpdesk, and technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD environments.
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Microsoft Defender, and remote workforce support.
• At least two years supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen IT operations and security in a fully remote, cloud-first organization.
• Report directly to the CEO and shape the IT roadmap as the business grows.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint protections, and backup and recovery processes.
• Implement security controls, support audits, and extend identity governance across SaaS and AI platforms.
• Handle onboarding, helpdesk, vendor relationships, budget, and technology strategy.
