Job summary

Quince is seeking an IT Engineer 2 to join our growing global IT team. You’ll help ensure reliable IT operations, secure device and access management, and a seamless technology experience for employees working remotely.

Qualifications

2–5 years of hands-on IT support or operations.
Experience supporting remote employees and troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

End-User Support: serve as a key IT contact for requests and troubleshoot issues.
IT Asset & Device Management: manage inventory, provisioning, and lifecycle of devices.
Identity & Access Management: manage accounts, groups, apps, and access permissions.
IT Infrastructure & Remote Support: provide remote support for network, conferencing, and devices.
Security & Compliance: assist with endpoint security, encryption, and policy compliance.
Automation & IT Operations: identify repetitive processes and automate with scripts.
