Typeform is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to shape our IT function with an AI-first, service-led approach. You’ll own operations, drive automation, and partner with Security, People, Finance, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable technology at scale.

You will lead incidents, implement AI-powered workflows, and improve onboarding, access management, and tooling while shaping the IT roadmap and governance across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in corporate IT engineering or IT service management in a SaaS/tech company.
• ITIL certification and practical ITIL application across incidents, changes, problems, and service management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex corporate IT systems (identity, access, devices, applications, integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Apple devices, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Experience building automation via APIs, scripting, integrations or workflow tools.
• Practical experience using AI to improve IT operations and processes.
• Experience improving employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, provisioning and access management.
• Product mindset: prioritising improvements, stakeholder management, measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication across technical and business teams.
• Experience designing AI-driven IT workflows or introducing AI into internal service operations.
• Familiarity with AI agents, intelligent workflow orchestration and knowledge management systems.
• Experience integrating HR, identity, finance, asset management and IT service platforms.
• Experience building internal tooling, dashboards or operational reporting.
• Exposure to security, compliance, endpoint management and IT governance.
• Experience leading technology migrations or large internal systems improvement projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve IT operations; act as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, requests and challenges.
• Help maintain secure, reliable and scalable internal technology systems.
• Apply ITIL best practices across incident, change, problem and service management.
• Improve service performance, documentation, operational processes and the employee experience.
• Balance daily support with longer term engineering projects.
• Build smarter systems through AI and automation; identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to improve service delivery, productivity and efficiency.
• Improve employee onboarding, offboarding, access management and software lifecycle processes.
• Use APIs, scripting and automation tools to connect systems and remove manual work.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and turn promising ideas into practical solutions with governance.
• Think like a product owner; own specific IT services from problem identification to delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and prioritise improvements based on business impact.
• Build and maintain roadmaps and project backlogs.
• Measure success through service quality, efficiency, reliability and employee experience.
• Lead technical changes, migrations and improvements with clear communication, risk management and planning.
• Collaborate with Security, People, Finance, Procurement and Engineering to deliver secure and effective technology solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical colleagues.
• Share knowledge and improve documentation; support the development of other IT team members.
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and experimentation.
