Range is building AI-powered wealth management with a focus on secure, scalable IT. We seek a Senior IT Engineer to own identity, access, macOS fleet, and infrastructure-as-code across our McLean headquarters and satellite offices.

You’ll automate onboarding/offboarding, enforce least privilege, and partner with security and stakeholders. The role requires hands-on scripting, SSO expertise, and a bias for building robust systems that scale with a fast-growing company.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in IT systems administration or corporate engineering.
• Deep Google Workspace administration experience.
• macOS fleet management with a modern MDM (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar) and Apple Business Manager.
• Hands-on SSO and identity experience: SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA, and RBAC.
• Scripting in TypeScript, Python, or Bash, and comfort working in Git with pull requests.
• A track record of automating onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Strong security fundamentals: least privilege, encryption, endpoint protection, and incident response.
• Clear written communication, from runbooks to company-wide announcements.

Aufgaben

• Own the IT stack end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management workflows.
• Run Google Workspace as identity provider with SSO and provisioning; enforce least privilege.
• Manage macOS fleet via MDM and Apple Business Manager across three offices.
• Oversee SaaS licenses, security reviews, and spend to prevent sprawl.
• Operate IT as code for Workspace, DNS, and groups using Pulumi in GitHub.
• Build self-service docs and AI automations to resolve common requests.
• Partner with security on controls, incident response, and regulatory evidence.
• Provide reliable IT support across McLean, NY, and Seattle offices.
