Typeform is seeking a senior IT operations leader to own and improve IT service delivery. You will act as a escalation point and apply ITIL practices across incident, change, problem, and service management to drive reliability and efficiency.

You will design AI-powered automation, build smarter systems, and take a product-owner mindset, partnering with Security, People, Finance and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable IT services and measurable outcomes.
