Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and maintain IT systems and peripherals.
• Provide training and support to end users and staff on IT topics.
• Mentor site infrastructure technicians and assist with multi-site coordination.
• Handle incidents and requests via phone, email, or tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
