Qualifications

• Associate degree and minimum 4 years IT experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS with MS Office; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support computer systems, software, and peripherals; document, install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware/software.
• Provide end-user training and support to IT staff.
• Mentor Site Infrastructure Support Technicians.
• Maintain documentation and support for applications, industrial machinery, and LAN.
• Assist multiple sites and contractors; oversee service at multiple sites.
