Axos Clearing LLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst I to provide first and second level hardware, software, and OS support for PC and Apple devices at our Kansas City/Overland Park location.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of enterprise IT support, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. On-site work only; full benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software applications, Windows, and hardware support in an enterprise environment.
• Tier 1 Desktop Architecture-centered experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Image, deploy, and ship desktops and laptops for in-office and remote users.
• Onboard new users with imaged computers and required software.
• Offboard users, collect devices, and disable access.
• Track inventory: shipped, in stock, assigned items.
• Provide first and second level IT support.
• Triage incoming calls, emails, and tickets; route to relevant teams.
