Zusammenfassung

Kelly is seeking an experienced IT Organizational Change Management Lead (Senior Level) for a 100% remote, W2 contract through Dec 2026 with potential extension into 2027. The role requires 5–10 years of IT change management, proficiency in Prosci, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

5–10 years of IT project change management experience (must have).
Experience with Prosci and change management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
Experience creating stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Aufgaben

Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder, process, and organizational impacts.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans including communications and training.
Create and deliver clear communications to drive awareness and adoption.
Partner with project teams and leaders to manage change risks and resistance.
Monitor readiness and adoption metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with prioritization based on timelines and business needs.
