Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to drive stakeholder adoption, user readiness, and successful business outcomes. This is a 100% remote role with a 8:30am–4:30pm EST shift and potential extension into 2027.

The successful candidate will work independently across multiple projects, partnering with project managers and technical teams to ensure people are prepared for technology-driven changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting IT projects and technology implementations (5 to 10 years).
• Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management principles; Prosci experience required; certification a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams.
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies for technology-driven change initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholder, process, and organizational impacts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
• Create and deliver clear, compelling communications that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to proactively manage change risks and resistance.
• Monitor readiness and adoption metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize work based on timelines, risk, and business needs.

This individual will work independently across multiple projects, partnering closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure people are prepared for and engaged in organizational and technology changes.
