The role partners with technical experts to manage dependencies, schedule maintenance, and drive continuous ITIL process improvements. Collaboration and mentoring of junior staff are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
• 6 years of experience in IT change management, release management, or infrastructure operations.
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Ability to evaluate infrastructure dependencies and recovery strategies.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex maintenance activities.
• Strong facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of operational risk and service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate complex IT change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive the appropriate rigor level based on technical complexity and potential impact of changes.
• Identify and resolve quality issues affecting IT service delivery.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a IT Change Coordinator Senior - Infrastructure and Platform Services to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on coordinating complex infrastructure and platform changes with a strong emphasis on service reliability, operational risk, and disciplined change controls. The position partners closely with technical subject matter experts and stakeholders to evaluate dependencies, manage maintenance activities, and help ensure changes are executed with rigor and compliance. You will also support continuous improvement across ITIL processes and serve as a resource for junior team members on complex issues.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $103,450 – $197,730 annually
