Senior IT Change Coordinator - Network Services is sought to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role coordinates complex technology changes across network services and related infrastructure, ensuring change activity is executed with discipline, control, and minimal operational disruption.

You will work with technical SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risk and apply appropriate rigor based on change complexity and business impact. Location: Remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education and experience.
• 6 years of experience in IT change management, release management, or technical project management.
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Expertise in evaluating network dependencies and rollback strategies.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of operational risk and regulatory control expectations.

• Facilitate complex IT change requests and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Identify and resolve quality issues affecting IT service delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Change Coordinator - Network Services to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will coordinate complex technology changes across network services and related infrastructure, ensuring change activity is executed with discipline, control, and minimal operational disruption. The position partners closely with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to assess risk, evaluate dependencies, and apply the appropriate level of rigor based on change complexity and business impact. The coordinator will also help strengthen process controls, support service delivery quality, and provide guidance on change and release management practices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $103,450 – $197,730 annually
