Job summary

The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights is seeking a Sr. IT Associate to join the Information Technology Department in Washington, DC. The role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across multiple systems and tools and supports onboarding and system upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT experience, proficiency with Microsoft applications, AD, and cloud services, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, in-office position with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Resolve IT tickets promptly and escalate when needed.
• Train staff on new software features and services.
• Maintain AD accounts and monitor IT inventory.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and system upgrades.
