JCD STAFFING LLC seeks an experienced IT Help Desk Lead for on-site support at designated DOJ locations in the Washington, DC area. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' related experience or 7+ years' equivalent, and IT certifications are preferred.

You will lead the help desk team, improve ticket processes, and deliver excellent user support with coordination across IT staff. Flexible work-from-home options are available in addition to on-site duties.
