Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis, or IT project management with hardware lifecycle experience

Responsibilities

• Define ITAM vision, priorities, KPIs, and multi-year roadmap
• Provide governance of ServiceNow HAM platform configurations and workflows
• Drive asset utilization, cost modeling, and lifecycle efficiency
• Develop equipment standards and multi-year lifecycle roadmaps
• Establish ITAM policies and governance with IT, finance, security and compliance
• Lead enterprise audits and remediation planning for high-risk discrepancies
• Develop predictive analytics, cost projections, and executive dashboards
• Mentor ITAM analysts and elevate organizational maturity
