Job summary

Encova Insurance seeks a Senior IT Asset Management Administrator based in either Columbus, OH or Charleston, WV. This role leads ITAM for ServiceNow HAM and SAM, driving governance, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance and Security.

The ideal candidate has deep ServiceNow ITAM expertise and experience maturing asset lifecycle processes. The position follows a hybrid work schedule with in‑office time required and residency within commuting distance of a listed

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of IT Asset Management or related IT ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HAM and SAM configurations and integrations.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, disposal.
• Oversee software entitlement, license allocation, and compliance.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for asset inventory and lifecycle health.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security and End User Computing.
