Job summary

Edward Elmhurst Health in Skokie, IL seeks an IT Asset Management Business Analyst III to lead the lifecycle of IT hardware assets and optimize ServiceNow HAM workflows in alignment with ISO 19770 and ITIL standards.

You will drive enterprise asset lifecycle optimization, develop hardware standards, and guide cross-functional teams to improve utilization, cost effectiveness, and risk mitigation through analytics and governance across IT, security, and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and performing gap analysis.
• Creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating UAT.
• Identifying opportunities for business process improvements and automation.
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycles and hardware devices (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define ITAM vision, KPIs, and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee HAM governance, architecture, and platform integrations.
• Lead enterprise asset lifecycle optimization and cost modeling initiatives.
• Develop equipment standards and multi-year lifecycle roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and improve ITAM policies, governance aligned with frameworks.
• Lead audits, risk reviews, and remediation planning.
• Produce predictive analytics, cost projections, and executive dashboards.
• Mentor ITAM analysts and elevate organizational maturity.
