Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead – Supply Chain to drive architecture, design, and delivery of complex transformations across ERP platforms in a dynamic, enterprise environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with business partners and external vendors, and shape strategic roadmaps that enable scalable, robust solutions.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a proven ability to deliver in Agile contexts while aligning technology

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows, including Q2C, P2P, L2R, and D2D.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise ERP systems with Salesforce and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience managing complex technology initiatives.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams across diverse skills.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: provide technical and business architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Framework & Process Design: develop standard templates to map business processes to new projects and offerings.
• Integration Playbooks: author IT-wide playbooks for M&A integrations and deployments.
• Strategic Roadmaps: build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps with business and IT leads.
• Stakeholder Alignment: manage integration priorities and facilitate architecture reviews with executives and stakeholders.
• Team & Delivery Management: lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants in an Agile environment.
• Architecture Governance: evaluate and adopt best-in-class software, tools, and EA standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate business requirements into cohesive designs with engineers, managers, and vendors.
• Scalable Solutioning: assess trade-offs for hybrid ERP environments and propose durable solutions.
• Design Sessions: run workshops to translate business logic into detailed specifications.
