Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Lead – Supply Chain to drive architecture and delivery of Oracle ERP and cloud integrations. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable solutions, and partner with business and IT leaders to execute multi-phase roadmaps.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years designing Oracle e-business and cloud applications, strong stakeholder influence, and experience in Agile environments. Remote US candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle ERP architecture and core business flows (Q2C, P2P, L2R, D2D).
• Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce; knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Proven Agile delivery of complex tech initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose challenges and guide decisions.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical and business architectural direction across portfolios, programs, and domains.
• Develop standard templates and procedures to map business processes to new projects and integrations.
• Author standardized playbooks for IT-wide mergers, acquisitions, and deployments.
• Build solution blueprints and multi-phase delivery roadmaps with business and IT leads.
• Manage integration priorities and lead architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and external consultants in Agile delivery of solutions.
• Research and establish best-in-class software, tools, and EA standards.
• Collaborate with application teams, PMs, QA, and vendors to translate requirements into designs.
• Evaluate trade-offs for complex challenges and propose scalable, durable ERP-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate solution design workshops translating business logic into technical specs.
