Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Business Applications Analyst to bridge shop-floor operations and back-office technology across multiple plants and distribution centers. You will maintain ERP systems, drive data analytics, manage integrations, and explore AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and collaboration with IT and business teams. 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution plus 10+ years ERP experience are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years in large manufacturing or distribution operations.
10+ years with an Enterprise ERP.
Experience with AS400 / iSeries is a plus.
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

Interact with business partners to optimize ERP usage and best practices.
Provide tier-2 & 3 techno-functional support for ERP systems.
Define practical system solutions and drive standardization.
Ensure seamless data flow from order entry to shop-floor completion.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
