Job summary

Allegion is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain to bridge operations and technology across procurement, inventory, warehouse and planning. You will define requirements, document functional designs, and enable scalable processes that align with global strategies, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX and third‑party tools.

You will own data governance, implement integrations, and drive testing, user training, and post‑go‑live support, while collaborating with cross‑functional leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years as IT Business Analyst in manufacturing, distribution, or multinational SCM.
• 3+ years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
• Functional expertise across procurement, vendor master, item master, BOMs, inventory control, and quality processes.
• Experience supporting integrations with peripheral supply chain applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business operations and IT to define requirements and design scalable, future‑state supply chain solutions.
• Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configure core supply chain modules.
• Evaluate and integrate third‑party ancillary systems for end‑to‑end visibility.
• Champion data governance across master data entities and validate data flows.
• Write end‑to‑end test scenarios, drive UAT, guide global cutover and post‑go‑live hypercare.
• Develop comprehensive training materials to foster sustained user adoption.
