Allegion is seeking an IT Business Analyst to analyze and define the best ERP solutions focused on Dynamics Finance and Operations and AX 2012, with emphasis on Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain processes.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work with global teams to implement improvements across locations. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in large manufacturing or distribution operations.
• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations or AX 2012 ERP.
• Experience with at least 3 of 5 core modules: Order Management, Master Planning, Production Control, Transportation Management, Warehouse/Inventory.

Responsabilités

• Define ideal and practical business system solutions and drive standardization.
• Provide ERP support for complex requirements in SCM, manufacturing and warehouse management.
• Gather requirements, analyze, create functional specs, and document configurations.
• Collaborate with users to create and execute test cases across scenarios.
• Partner with ERP developers to ensure correct design and execution.
• Support global ERP deployments and continuous improvements.
