Allegion plc seeks an IT Business Analyst to define best ERP solutions within Dynamics Finance and Operations or AX 2012, focusing on Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain processes. You will translate business needs into functional specs and collaborate with global teams to optimize ERP usage.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in large manufacturing or distribution operations, with hands-on experience in Dynamics F&O/AX 2012, and a track record of ERP upgrades or deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with large manufacturing or distribution operations.
• 3+ years with Dynamics Finance and Operations or AX 2012 ERP focus on Manufacturing, WMS, SCM.
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades/implementations.
• Global/multi-region ERP project experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define practical business system solutions and drive standardization across work streams.
• Provide ERP support with complex requirements for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
• Gather requirements, analyze, create functional specs, document/configure, test solutions, and obtain business acceptance.
• Create and execute test cases covering multiple business scenarios.
• Collaborate with ERP developers to ensure designs are understood and properly executed.
• Partner with key users to optimize system usage and best practices.
• Support future ERP deployments globally across locations.
