Job summary

Allegion is seeking an IT Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end ERP initiatives across multiple sites, bridging IT and business stakeholders to optimize O2C, supply chain, and distribution. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, process engineering, and change management to drive digital transformation while ensuring SOX compliance.

Responsibilities include strategy development, budgeting, resource allocation, and overseeing UAT and validations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
Master’s degree, PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.
10+ years of proven IT program management experience.
Manufacturing domain knowledge including Order to Cash, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

Responsibilities

Develop program plans aligned with organizational goals.
Lead ERP implementations from scope to go-live and post‑implementation support.
Develop and manage program budgets with forecasting and tracking.
Allocate resources including project team members and external vendors.
Map current-state and design future-state processes for multi-site manufacturing.
Identify gaps and opportunities for automation within ERP ecosystem.
Own the Technology Roadmap to support the Business Transformation Roadmap.
