Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support our Andover facility on-site. You will work with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure adherence to NIST SPs, DAAPM, JSIG, and NISPOM, maintaining robust security postures for critical DoD and government interfaces.

The role requires a Secret clearance (current) and U.S. citizenship, with 5+ years in cybersecurity, RMF/DAAPM.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required on day 1.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience or RMF/DAAPM/JSIG/NISPOM familiarity.
• Experience implementing RMF/DAAPM/JSIG/NISPOM and other Government directives.
• Ability to obtain IAM Level I certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring system compliance, auditing, security plan development and awareness training.
• Reviewing and approving configuration management requests and conducting assessments.
• Developing and maintaining cybersecurity documentation and technical writing.
