Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II for a 100% onsite role in Andover, MA. You will review configuration management requests, perform assessments, and drive implementation of security controls across DoD and government standards.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, plus IAM Level I and RMF/NIST knowledge. U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years (or advanced degree with 5+ years).
• IAM Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Experience in cybersecurity, RMF, A&A, and/or DoD/NISPOM/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve configuration management requests within authority.
• Conduct technical and administrative assessments.
• Integrate cybersecurity processes, procedures and tools.
• Assist ISSOs and Cybersecurity Managers with documentation and updates.
• Oversee ISSOs to ensure policy implementation per artifacts.
• Occasional travel to other Raytheon locations (10–20%).
