Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support our 100% onsite operations in Forest, Mississippi. You will work with the ISSM to ensure compliance with NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, and JSIG, delivering security education and maintaining plans.

You will collaborate with the facility security team and government representatives, handling security sustainment tasks and incident response.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity, systems security or hardening.
• Experience with RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM or related standards.
• Experience with computers, networks, or IT operations relevant to security.
• Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system compliance, auditing, and security plan development.
• Deliver information systems security education and awareness.
• Investigate information system security violations and prepare corrective reports.
• Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government reps.
