Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II for a 100% onsite role. The ISSO will oversee compliance, assessments, and operations of information systems, mentoring ISSOs, and providing SME guidance on cybersecurity topics.

Responsibilities include review of configuration management, technical assessments, and documentation updates. Travel to other Raytheon sites (10–20%) is required; active security clearance is required on day one.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work.
• IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other)
• Experience in cybersecurity, systems security, or hardening
• Experience in Information Technology
• Familiarity with RMF, NISPOM, JSIG and related govt/industry standards
• Experience with networks, databases, operating systems, or related IT tech
• Background in physical security, investigations, or border security
• Project or program management or senior admin experience

Responsibilities

• Review and approve configuration management requests within your authority
• Perform technical and administrative security assessments
• Integrate new cybersecurity processes, procedures and tools
• Support ISSOs and Cybersecurity Managers in creating and updating documentation
• Oversee ISSOs to ensure policy implementation in artifacts and docs
• Travel 10–20% to other Raytheon locations
