Raytheon is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer to support our 100% onsite team in Forest, Mississippi. You’ll work with the ISSM to ensure compliance with NIST, JSIG, and company policies within DoD security standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RMF, JSIG, NISPOM and DoD security standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring system compliance, auditing, security plan development and delivering information systems security education and awareness.
• Investigating information system security violations and help prepare reports specifying corrective and preventative actions.
• Reviewing and approving configuration management requests.
• Conducting technical and administrative assessments.
• Integrating new cybersecurity processes, procedures, and tools.
• Support the creation, review and update of cybersecurity documentation and other technical writing.
