RTX is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support our onsite team in Andover, Massachusetts. The ISSO will work with the ISSM to ensure compliance with NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, JSIG policies and related security programs.

You will lead security plan development, audits, and education efforts while collaborating with government representatives and the facility security team. A Security+ or equivalent certification is required within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• University Degree required or advanced degree in a related field.
• Cybersecurity, systems security or hardening experience.
• Experience with IT compliance-based auditing using RMF/DAAPM/JSIG/NISPOM or related standards (e.g., FAA, PCI, ISO9001, HIPAA).
• Experience with computer technologies (databases, OS, networks, software, hardware).
• Background in physical security, investigations, or border security is a plus.
• Experience in project or program management, office management, or account management.

Responsabilités

• Primary responsibility for system compliance, auditing, security plan development and delivering information systems security education and awareness.
• Assist in investigating information system security violations and prepare reports with corrective/preventive actions.
• Engage with facility security team, program personnel, and government representatives; perform security sustainment activities (hardware/software change management, account management, media protection, etc.).
