Job summary

Interface Systems in Missouri is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio interactions at monitored sites. The role emphasizes rapid decision-making, alarm verification, and clear communication with customers and emergency services.

The position requires weekend and holiday availability in a 24/7 operation, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour plus shift differentials. Training is provided, and full benefits begin Day 1 of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor and verify alarm signals, conduct video verification of alarms.
• Notify designated individuals about alarms per client instructions.
• Provide clear life safety dispatch and communications to emergency personnel.
• Assist with arming/disarming and basic alarm troubleshooting.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents and de-escalate when necessary.
• Document interactions and follow up to resolve incidents.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
