Job summary

Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio communication and rapid incident response. You will verify alarms, monitor video feeds, and de-escalate threats while maintaining precise documentation.

The role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and the ability to coordinate with customers and emergency services. On-site office-based position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in high pressure situations, demonstrating professionalism while working through urgent or critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for potential vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during business opening, closing, or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with resolving or escalating security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals.
• Notify specified individuals of alarms per instructions.
• Provide life safety support with clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
