Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events and coordinate live interventions at monitored sites. You will handle two-way audio communication, verify alarms, and de‑escalate potential threats while guiding customers and emergency personnel.

The role requires strong decision-making, rapid communication, and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced security operations center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security and system inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place outgoing calls to verify alarms.
• Document interactions and generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and assisting in resetting signals.
