Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, including alarm verification, video monitoring, and live two-way communications with monitored sites. You will de‑escalate potential threats and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.; Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and care.
• Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and quickly resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with locations using two‑way audio/video systems during incidents.
• Respond to alarms, verify validity, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed incident reports.
• Provide life safety support and direct interaction with customers and staff.
