Job summary

Interface Systems seeks a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis to manage real-time security events, conduct remote checks, and coordinate with customers and emergency services.

You will handle live two‑way audio/video interactions, verify alarms, de‑escalate incidents, and communicate clearly under pressure in a fast‑paced security operations center. This on‑site role offers early shifts (4:00am–2:30pm) with a comprehensive benefits package, vacation and sick time, referral bonuses, and monthly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers via state-of-the-art two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarm signals and verify their validity.
• Provide life safety support and dispatch to emergency services when needed.
• Manage live audio interactions during incidents and de-escalate when possible.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed alarm response reports.
