Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity and notify emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries; document interactions.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and resetting signals.
• Generate detailed incident reports and ensure proper follow‑up.
