Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, call center, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of locations.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with customers and emergency services.
• Manage live audio interactions with monitored sites to de-escalate incidents.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Provide clear and timely life-safety communications to emergency personnel.
