Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with advanced alarm verification and video monitoring. You will conduct remote checks, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and document all interactions using state‑of‑the‑art surveillance systems.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with shift differentials and bonuses for performance and attendance. Training is provided, with benefits from Day 1 and paid vacation/sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarm signals and contact emergency services when needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and generate detailed reports.
