Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level3 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis to manage real-time security events, verify alarms, conduct video monitoring, and coordinate with customers and emergency services.

The role builds on prior levels and emphasizes decisive communication and rapid incident response. You'll work on-site in a 24/7 operations center, with shift options through 8–10 hour days, paid vacation, sick time, referral bonuses, and a $22.00/hour starting pay, with additional shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers and emergency services during incidents.
• Verify alarms, monitor video feeds, and document all interactions.
• Arming/disarming and basic alarm support as needed.
• Generate detailed incident and security reports.
