Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, conduct remote checks, and communicate with monitored sites using advanced two-way audio/video systems. You will escalate incidents, verify alarms, and support emergency responders while documenting every interaction for post-incident reviews.

The role requires strong communication, rapid decision-making, and the ability to de-escalate threats within a 24/7 operations center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security and system inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to alarm signals, verify their validity and dispatch as needed.
• Document all interactions and generate incident reports for follow-up.
