Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in Missouri (St. Louis) to monitor live alarms, conduct video verifications, and manage real-time interactions with monitored sites. You will de-escalate incidents, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and generate detailed incident reports.

The role requires availability for a 24/7 environment with weekend/holiday shifts. Starting pay is $22/hour, with differential bonuses and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus strong active listening.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site views.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video systems.
• Contact emergency services when required per procedures.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
• Monitor and verify alarm signals, and respond quickly.
• Provide basic alarm arming/disarming support.
• Document all incidents and follow up to resolution.
