Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an on‑site Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real‑time security events with two‑way audio communication at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, conduct video checks, and coordinate with emergency services as needed, ensuring clear, authoritative communication during incidents.

This role requires quick decision‑making, strong attention to detail, and the ability to de‑escalate threats while documenting all actions for reports and audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years in customer service, call center, dispatch or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening and ability to stay calm in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations, observing for security vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customers using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Respond to alarms with appropriate action, including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system‑related inquiries from customers, employees and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals, and place outgoing calls to verify validity.
• Provide basic alarm support such as arming/disarming and assisting in resetting alarms.
• Generate detailed incident reports and ensure proper follow‑up for resolution.
