Job summary

Interface Security Systems LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in the St. Louis area to manage real-time security events. You will handle live two‑way audio/video communications, verify alarms, and de‑escalate incidents with authority, while coordinating with customers and emergency services.

The role offers on-site work, a 7pm‑3:30am schedule, comprehensive benefits from day one, paid time off, and performance bonuses for attendance and results. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions.
• Strong active listening to understand needs and respond accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during business opening/closing and on request.
• Communicate with locations using two‑way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security inquiries and support customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
• Monitor and verify alarm signals; perform video verification of incidents.
• Notify designated contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Provide basic alarm support: arming, disarming, resetting signals.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with authority.
• De‑escalate security situations and ensure proper follow‑up.
