Interface Systems in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage live security events, verify alarms, and coordinate with monitored sites via two-way audio/video. You will de-escalate incidents, communicate with customers and emergency services, and document actions taken.

This full-time role includes day-one benefits, 3 weeks vacation, 10 days sick leave, referral bonuses, and training. Shift hours run 4:00am–2:30pm with 8–10 hour options and various shift differentials for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening in high pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of client locations.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video tech.
• Respond to alarms and escalate or resolve security incidents.
• Document interactions and generate detailed incident reports.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events with authority.
