Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, conduct live audio communications, and coordinate with emergency services. You will verify alarms, monitor video feeds, and de-escalate incidents with authority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, call center, or security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual site tours observing for vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries and document interactions.
