Interface Systems is seeking an iSOC Coordinator in Missouri to manage live security incidents with real-time audio interactions at monitored sites. You will verify alarms, monitor video, coordinate with emergency services, and de-escalate threats on a fast‑paced, technology‑driven team.

Training is provided, and the role offers day‑1 benefits, flexible scheduling within a 1:30pm–10:00pm window, vacation and sick time, and potential bonuses based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts for opening/closing and upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
